What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Liquid: usually 1×20' FCL (~20–24 t depending on packing); powder: from 5 t. New clients may start with a 1 t trial. We keep safety stock for regular grades.
Can we test samples first?
Yes. Send 2–5 kg of local cement, SCMs and aggregate; we run compatibility trials and return recommended dosage with a trial report. Samples are free; freight is on the client.
What packaging is available?
Liquid: IBC (1000 kg), 200 L drum, 22–24 t flexitank. Powder: 25 kg bag, 500–1000 kg jumbo. OEM labeling and custom packing supported.
Shelf life and storage?
Liquid admixtures: 12 months sealed, 5–35℃ away from light. Powder: 24 months in dry conditions. Avoid freezing and prolonged sun; winter shipments can be insulated.
What is the lead time?
Stock grades: 7–10 days. First custom-formula order: 15–25 days including trial confirmation. Booking and sea freight are extra per destination.
HS code and export documents?
Concrete admixtures usually fall under HS 3824.40. We provide COA, MSDS, TDS, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin and non-hazardous assessment or third-party report per destination.
Can you tailor to our local cement?
This is our most common service. Within ~5 working days of receiving cement samples we return compatibility results and recommended dosage, then schedule production after confirmation.
Payment terms?
Typically T/T (30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy) or sight L/C; terms negotiable for long-term clients.
How do I start / get a quote?
Three steps to start: 1) Tell us your cement type, target strength and placement method via Contact & Inquiry. 2) For an exact match, mail 2-5 kg of local cement and we run a compatibility trial with a trial report. 3) We return the recommended grade, dosage advice and a quote within 48 hours. New clients can begin with a 1 t trial order.
